Marie-Josée Guillemette Notary

Me Marie-Josée Guillemette completed her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) at the Université de Montréal in 2003 and received her Diploma in Notarial Law (D.D.N.) from the Université de Montréal in 2007. Me Marie-Josée Guillemette was admitted to the Chambre des notaires du Québec in January 2008 and began her practice in Laval in February 2008. Since then, she has been practicing real estate, human rights, estate, family and matrimonial law. She is accredited in matters related to the institution or review of protective supervision and protective orders in case of incapacity.

Before choosing to become a notary, Me Marie-Josée Guillemette also completed her studies at the École du Barreau du Québec in 2005 and has practiced as a lawyer specializing in family and administrative law.

She is a member of the Chambre des notaires du Québec and of the Association professionnelle des notaires du Québec.
