Alexis Paquette-Trudeau Lawyer, CHRP

Me Alexis Paquette-Trudeau, a partner at Dunton Rainville, specializes in labour and employment law.

In his practice, Me Paquette-Trudeau advises managers regarding labour relations, both collective and individual, more specifically, in terms of employment contracts, the imposition of disciplinary measures, occupational health and safety, as well as in discrimination and harassment matters. Me Paquette-Trudeau is also interested in issues related to pension plans.

Me Paquette-Trudeau represents clients before various administrative and arbitration tribunals, as well as before the civil courts.

Me Paquette-Trudeau also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from l’Université de Sherbrooke, complementary education that allows him to better identify clients’ needs according to the issues inherent in the business world and thus, adopt a pragmatic and efficient approach.
