Dunton Rainville congratulates Marie Annik Walsh on her appointment as Chair of the Montréal Bar’s Superior Court Family Division Liaison Committee for the 2026–2027 term.
This appointment reflects not only Ms. Walsh’s leadership and influence but also Dunton Rainville’s active role within the legal profession’s key bodies.
The Superior Court Family Division Liaison Committee serves as a forum for collaboration between the judiciary and family law practitioners. Working in partnership with the judiciary, committee members identify, develop, and implement solutions to improve the overall efficiency of the family justice system, in the interests of both the proper administration of justice and the litigants it serves.
As a partner and member of Dunton Rainville’s Executive Committee, Marie Annik Walsh has practised family law since 1993. She has also practised as an accredited family mediator since the early 2000s. Over the course of her career, Ms. Walsh has advised, assisted, and represented hundreds of clients and has argued countless cases before the courts. Recognized for her expertise in family law, Ms. Walsh is regularly called upon to comment on legal issues in the media and to appear before parliamentary committees of the Government of Québec.
