Recognized for her analytical mind and her ability to clearly explain complex legal issues, Ms. Baraz is committed to providing strategic, practical solutions tailored to her clients’ needs.
Admitted to the Québec Bar in 2022 and holding a Bachelor of Laws from the Université du Québec à Montréal, Ms. Baraz is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor in North American common law at the Université de Montréal, which she will complete in the fall of 2027. This additional training provides her with a broader perspective and a deeper understanding of legal issues within a pan-Canadian context.
Since 2025, Ms. Baraz has served on the board of directors of the Fondation de la Rue des femmes, a nonprofit organization dedicated to combating homelessness among women in Montréal, as well as on the board of directors of Gestion des 3 pignons, a nonprofit organization providing affordable housing in Montréal.
