Me Marie-Josée Blais joined Dunton Rainville’s Joliette office in 2022. Her practice focuses on personal rights (drafting protection mandates, homologation of protection mandates, establishment of tutorships), estate law (drafting and reviewing wills, estate administration), and real estate law (deeds of sale, mortgage deeds).
She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Diploma in Notarial Law from the Université de Montréal. She completed her notarial internship at Dauphin & Lauzon Notaires (SENC), where she subsequently began her career as a notary in May 2011. In January 2017, she became a partner at Dauphin, Lauzon & Blais, Notaires (S.E.N.C.R.L.), later known as Dauphin & Blais, Notaires (S.E.N.C.R.L.). Me Blais is now the custodian of the notarial records of Me Simon Dauphin and Me Steeves Lauzon, among other roles.
