Ms. Boislard focuses her practice on business law, particularly corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and commercial transactions. A member of the Québec Bar since 2017, she offers her clients recognized expertise and a keen understanding of the issues shaping the business world.
Ms. Boislard began her career in civil litigation at a private firm in the Eastern Townships, developing a solid mastery of legal analysis and argumentation. During her university studies, she completed two internships with the judiciary, enriching her understanding of the judicial process and deepening her overall vision of the law.
