Charles Dallaire

Charles Dallaire focuses his practice on civil litigation, particularly construction law and liability.

Admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 2023, Mr. Dallaire received his education at the Faculty of Law of the Université de Sherbrooke, as well as professional training from the École du Barreau. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Université de Sherbrooke. He began his career at a law firm in the Laurentians and joined the Dunton Rainville team in 2026.

During his university studies, Mr. Dallaire was involved as a tutor at his faculty’s study assistance center. He also completed three cooperative internships, including one in the healthcare network. Finally, he distinguished himself academically by being named to the Dean’s List every year of his bachelor’s degree, as well as by receiving a scholarship awarded to the student with the highest grade in the course on gifts and estates.

Both pragmatic and rigorous, Mr. Dallaire stands out for his ability to identify his clients’ needs and effectively establish an appropriate strategy. He quickly builds a relationship of trust based on listening, guided by his client’s interests.
