For nearly 20 years, Mr. Etienne L. Morin has been advising and representing a large clientele of contractors, developers, financial institutions, and businesses, offering strategic solutions tailored to the realities on the ground and today’s business imperatives.

With a unique professional background, Mr. Morin first practiced for more than 10 years as a bailiff. This experience allowed him to acquire practical and in-depth knowledge of enforcement mechanisms and the functioning of the courts. He graduated with a law degree from the Université de Montréal in 2007 and was admitted to the Québec Bar in 2008.
Over the years, Mr. Morin has developed specialized expertise in mortgage recourse, enforcement of guarantees, and disputes related to construction projects. His keen understanding of the market and the issues specific to business, construction, and real estate players enables him to intervene effectively, both in dispute prevention and in representation before the courts.

Charles Dallaire focuses his practice on civil litigation, particularly construction law and liability. Admitted to the Québec Bar in 2023, Mr. Dallaire received his university education at the Faculty of Law of the Université de Sherbrooke, as well as professional training from the Bar School. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Université de Sherbrooke.
Ms. Tammy Sarrazin also practices construction law, civil and commercial litigation, and civil liability. With a bachelor’s degree in pharmacology from the Université de Sherbrooke and a bachelor’s degree in law from Université Laval, she has a dual scientific and legal background that directly enriches her practice.
Like Etienne L. Morin, Dallaire and Sarrazin are based at the Dunton Rainville office on Maher Street in Saint-Jérôme.
