David Choinière Lawyer, MBA
Me Choinière practices primarily in the areas of commercial and civil litigation.
Me Choinière graduated from the Université de Sherbrooke, where he earned a Bachelor of Law, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in the cooperative program. He also studied private international law at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands.
He was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2018 and joined Dunton Rainville’s banking law team the same year, after completing his professional stage.
Me Choinière will be called upon to work in the areas of banking, bankruptcy and insolvency law, restructuring and professional responsibility.
