Me Jean-Pierre Rémillard has been a partner at Dunton Rainville since 1991.
Since 1978, Me Rémillard has specialized in the fields of commercial litigation, securities law and civil law. He is an experienced trial lawyer, both before the Quebec Superior Court and the Quebec Court of Appeal, as well as on several occasions before the Supreme Court of Canada and various administrative tribunals (Autorité des marchés financiers, CVMQ, ACCOVAM).
Me Rémillard has provided counsel and strategic support to the executives of Canadian and Quebec finance companies in litigation files.
Me Rémillard has extensive knowledge of the inner workings of finance companies and real estate brokerages.
