Pierre St-Onge Lawyer, CHRP

Me Pierre St-Onge, partner at Dunton Rainville, focuses his practice on labour relations, occupational health and safety and administrative law.

He also provides advice and regularly drafts legal opinions on various issues related to labour relations, notably regarding the interpretation or application of collective agreements. He prepares and drafts employment contracts and intervenes with employees in disciplinary and administrative matters. He also acts as employer spokesperson at the bargaining table and provides support and strategic advice to his clients during mediation sessions.

Furthermore, his practice has led him to plead before judicial and quasi-judicial bodies, such as the Quebec Court of Appeal, the Federal Court of Appeal, Quebec Superior Court, the Administrative Labour Relations Board as well as the arbitration tribunals, both on behalf of public employers and private companies.
