Laurent Bernier works with the Montréal civil and commercial litigation team. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from HEC Montréal and has been a member of the Québec Bar since 2015. Mr. Bernier has argued numerous contested cases, particularly before the Superior Court and the Court of Québec, but also before administrative tribunals.
Vanessa Langlois practices primarily in matrimonial law from the Montréal office. Since her admission to the Québec Bar in 2012, she has been practicing with the firm’s family law team. Her main areas of practice are divorce, separation, child custody, child and spousal support determinations, and unjust enrichment cases. Ms. Langlois regularly appears before the Superior Court and occasionally before the Court of Appeal.
