Alexandre Aubin

Alexandre Aubin practices mainly in civil litigation, residential and commercial leasing law, and business law.

Called to the Québec Bar in 2025, Mr. Aubin first pursued a scientific career at the collegiate level before completing his studies in law. Throughout his academic and professional career, he has been involved with severalvolunteer organizations in both the academic and private sectors. For more than four years, he was a director of the Association des bénévoles du CHUL Inc. a private organization based in Québec City whose mission is to humanize hospital care. Having immersed himself in the business world for a number of years, Mr. Aubin developed a keen interest in this area of law during his university studies.

An excellent communicator with a passion for the law, he stands out for his great capacity for analysis and popularization. His analytical mind gives him both an excellent grasp of the applicable law and the ability to propose innovative legal interpretations.
