Éric Bérard-Forget

Me Éric Bérard-Forget joined the Montréal team of Dunton Rainville in 2022.

His practice is focused on human rights (homologation and drafting of protection mandates, institution of protective supervision), liberalities and successions (drafting and review of wills, estate settlements) as well as e-commerce law (distance contracts, consumer protection).

Me Bérard-Forget holds a Master’s degree in Notarial Law, a Bachelor of Laws and a B.A. in Criminology. He is currently completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA).

He maintains close relationships with his clients who acknowledge his listening skills and dedication.
