Me Marie-Josée Blais joined the Joliette office of Dunton Rainville in 2022. Her practice is focused on human rights (drafting and homologation of protection mandates, the institution of protective supervision), the law of succession (drafting and probating of wills, succession settlements), and real estate law (bills of sale, mortgage deeds).
She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a degree in Notarial Law from the Université de Montréal. Me Blais did her articling in notarial law at Dauphin & Lauzon Notaires (SENC) where she began her career in May 2011. In January 2017, she became a partner at Dauphin, Lauzon & Blais, Notaires (S.E.N.C.R.L.), which is currently known as Dauphin & Blais, Notaires (S.E.N.C.R.L.).
