Christina Boislard

Christina Boislard focuses her practice on business law, particularly in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and commercial transactions.

A member of the Quebec Bar since 2017, Ms. Boislard began her career in civil litigation at a private firm in the Eastern Townships, where she honed her skills in legal analysis and argumentation. She completed her professional training internship at a firm on Montreal’s South Shore, specializing in criminal and family law. During her university studies, Ms. Boislard completed two internships with the judiciary, which allowed her to deepen her understanding of the judicial process and enrich her vision of the law.
