He advises and represents private companies operating in various sectors, particularly in the context of business transfers, mergers and acquisitions, and tax reorganizations.
Mr. Brassard has particular expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including licensing agreements, distribution agreements, and construction contracts.
He also advises and represents several contractors in the construction industry on all legal aspects of their activities. In this capacity, he occasionally acts as a trainer, particularly in the process of obtaining licenses issued by the Régie du bâtiment du Québec.
Mr. Brassard holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Université de Montreal (LL.B.) and a Bachelor of Applied Political Science degree from Université de Sherbrooke (B.A.).
Admitted to the Québec Bar in 2021, he joined Dunton Rainville’s Commercial and Transactional Affairs team that same year after completing his professional internship and several placements as a law student.
