514 866-8854Jonathan Kwok practices primarily in corporate and commercial law, as well as corporate mergers and acquisitions.
In addition to his law degree from Université de Montréal, Mr. Kwok holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from McGill University. He has participated in a number of case competitions, most notably the Guy-Guérin criminal law moot competition. He also worked in his family’s clothing production business, as business development manager.
During his university career, Mr. Kwok distinguished himself through his involvement with McGill University’s legal information clinic, as well as his volunteer work with Dans la rue, an organization that helps homeless and precarious youth in Montréal.
His sense of initiative and adaptability make him a lawyer who doesn’t hesitate to think outside the box to meet his clients’ needs. His dedication and attention to detail are unmatched in delivering results for his clients.
