819 481-0337Me. Philippe Maltais practices mainly in civil and commercial litigation, business law and real estate law.
Me. Maltais is a graduate of the Université de Sherbrooke where he completed his law degree. During his university career, he got involved in the student life of his faculty as coordinator of the Sports Law Committee and as a student delegate on the university’s School of Management Entrepreneurial Clinic team.
Following his admission to the Bar, he worked for more than a year and a half in a boutique firm specializing in real estate litigation, where he represented clients’ interests before various judicial bodies, including the Court of Québec, the Superior Court and the Québec Court of Appeal.
Me. Maltais is passionate about sports and is a Canadian Football League certified player agent. He was also a member of the Université de Sherbrooke’s Vert et Or track and field team.
With his versatility, his litigation experience and his thoroughness, he is able to understand and effectively meet his clients’ needs.
