Ms. Montambault-Trudelle supports companies and their executives at every stage of their development, offering strategic advice tailored to their operational and legal challenges.
Admitted to the Québec Bar in 2009, Ms. Montambault Trudelle holds a certificate in business administration, a bachelor’s degree in law with a concentration in biotechnology, and a graduate degree in life sciences and law, all from the Université de Sherbrooke.
She first practiced for several years at a private firm in the Eastern Townships, where she developed expertise in commercial law and intellectual property. In this context, she assisted a diverse clientele, offering strategic advice tailored to their operational and legal issues. She then joined the academic community in 2017 to take on a key role at the Faculty of Law of the Université de Sherbrooke. In this capacity, she coordinated legal clinics dedicated to access to justice and the practical training of future lawyers, while working closely with institutional, community, and professional partners to provide law students with a learning environment rooted in reality.
