Me Morin first practiced for more than 10 years as a bailiff, a unique professional background that allowed him to acquire practical and in-depth knowledge of enforcement mechanisms and the functioning of the courts. He graduated with a law degree from the Université de Montréal in 2007, was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 2008, and began his career as a lawyer that same year with a Laurentian firm, where he eventually became a partner.
Over the years, Mr. Morin has developed specialized expertise in mortgage recourse, enforcement of guarantees, and disputes related to construction projects. His keen understanding of the market and the issues specific to business, construction, and real estate players enables him to intervene effectively, both in dispute prevention and in representation before the courts. In 2026, he joined Dunton Rainville, where he puts his extensive experience to work for the benefit of his clients.
