Émilie Paquin’s practice focuses on civil litigation, construction law and real estate law, and she appears before a variety of judicial bodies.
During her time at Université de Montréal’s Faculty of Law, Ms. Paquin was involved in a number of areas, notably as director of the student newspaper and organizer of onboarding activities. Passionate about debate and rhetoric, her university studies enabled her to hone her writing techniques and develop her oratory skills.
Called to the Quebec Bar in 2020, she began her professional career with a firm on Montreal’s North Shore, practicing mainly in civil litigation and the law of obligations.
Curious and rigorous, Ms. Paquin knows how to bring any case entrusted to her to a successful conclusion by proposing appropriate alternatives and keeping the client’s best interests in mind at every stage.
