Kyrianne Ruel-Désilets

Kyrianne Ruel-Désilets is a notary whose practice covers estate law, will drafting, real estate law, personal law, and protection mandates. She also works in corporate and business law, particularly in the areas of corporate reorganizations, business acquisitions and sales, and the drafting of documents such as resolutions, shareholder agreements, and corporate book updates.

A graduate of the Université de Sherbrooke, Ms. Ruel-Désilets completed her bachelor’s degree in law in 2022 and her master’s degree in notarial law in 2025. She also completed a short program in social psychology at TÉLUQ University in 2023.

Passionate about notarial law, she considers the role of the notary to be a discreet but essential presence at key moments in her clients’ lives. She attaches great importance to listening, rigor, and building lasting relationships of trust.
