Me. Janie Tremblay has been practicing primarily in family and matrimonial law for over 20 years. She focuses on divorce, separation, child custody, and alimony, as well as on the representation of children both in Superior Court and in the Youth Division. Me. Tremblay pleads before the Superior Court and the Court of Québec on a regular basis.
Me. Tremblay listens to her clients and seeks amicable solutions whenever possible. However, she does not hesitate to make every effort to ensure that her clients’ rights and interests are respected.
Me. Tremblay has been involved in her community for several years, notably at the Greater Joliette Chamber of Commerce, of which she was president in 2009-2010, and as a municipal councillor for the City of Saint-Charles-Borromée since 2013.
