Called to the Quebec Bar in 2025, Mr. Villa holds a Juris Doctor in North American Common Law, a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Political Science, with a specialization in international relations. This rich academic background gives him a global vision of the law, both in Québec and North America, as well as an in-depth understanding of the institutional dynamics that shape the legal and political framework.
Throughout his career, Mr. Villa has been involved in various family law and refugee law committees, demonstrating a keen interest in social and legal issues. He has also worked for a tenants’ rights organization, where he developed a model for dealing with insalubrities for tenants in the Lower Laurentians.
