Johan Sebastian Villa

Johan Sebastian Villa practices primarily in civil and commercial litigation, as well as in the areas of corporate, commercial, and transactional law.

Called to the Québec Bar in 2025, Mr. Villa holds a Juris Doctor in North American Common Law, a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Political Science, with a specialization in international relations. This rich academic background gives him a global vision of the law, both in Québec and North America, as well as an in-depth understanding of the institutional dynamics that shape the legal and political framework.

Throughout his career, Mr. Villa has been involved in various family law and refugee law committees, demonstrating a keen interest in social and legal issues. He has also worked for a tenants’ rights organization, where he developed a model for dealing with insalubrities for tenants in the Lower Laurentians.
