Marc Charland Lawyer

For almost 30 years, Me Marc Charland has been practising in the areas of commercial litigation, real estate law and business law. He has wide-ranging experience in representing his clients before the courts, which includes trial and appeal ordinary courts, and administrative tribunals in Quebec. Furthermore, from 2006 to 2011, he acted as lead prosecutor of the Montréal Municipal Court, point of service for St-Léonard. 

Me Charland has full command of the examination and cross-examination process, as well as all the other stages of a trial. He has also shown strong abilities for researching and drafting a vast array of legal documents, including complex contracts. In addition to his proven expertise before the courts, Me Charland excels at developing efficient strategies which promote dispute resolution.

Me Charland also sits on the board of directors of the Barreau de Laval and is acting as its President for 2022-2023.
